LIU group focuses on the growth, tuning and functionalization, van der Waals heterostructure of low-dimensional materials and their device applications. Our group is a part of Key Laboratory for Intelligent Nano Materials and Devices of Ministry of Education in college of Aeronautics , and we are also a member of Institute of Nanoscience, which is a collaborative research  Institute  of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA).
